Received Interface Quality Assurance Programme, Certificate of Accreditation: 3 Stars Quality Rating. ALCC is now a member of a group of Accredited Quality Homes, receiving three quality stars out of a maximum of four. Following a Quality Assurance review in 2008 it was found that standards in the Care Centre accord with certain Quality Standards indentified in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 and in addition fulfill the current requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000.

Financial Arrangements and Fees
We are committed to provid value for money within our comprehensive and caring service. Our fee dependents on:
1 - The type of facility required
2 - The type of Care Package and needs of the Individual Service User.
Depending on the personal financial situation, a Resident can either pay the fees privately or receive benefits arranged by Social Services.
Current rules can be complicated for specific advice contact the Care Centre Manager.
